About Me

I was first introduced to Rolfing in year 2002 by my lecturer and teacher while studying for my Diploma in Remedial Massage in Sydney, Australia. As I worked with clients using Remedial Massage technique such as Sports Massage, Myofascial Release Technique, Trigger Point Therapy and Lymphatic Drainage Therapy, I was dissatisfied with the result of my work as I was unable to solve the puzzle of pain and ailments. I realized that I needed to work more globally with the human structure.
My curiosity and desire to understand the complexity and relationship of the human structure led me to study Rolfing with the Rolf Institute of Structural Integration, Australia Rolfing Association and Brazilian Rolfing Association. Ever since, I am deeply grateful to Dr. Ida Rolf and all my teachers and wish to share and extend the beauty of Rolfing with all my clients, witnessing the changes and improvements in them physically and emotionally.
Adding on to my continuing education to better understanding the complexity of the human structure, I have since also studied Visceral Manipulations with the Baral Institute. Additionally I also completed a 2-years Biodynamic Cranial Sacral Therapy training in 2019.
