Rolfing 10 sessions

Rolfing Structural Integration is typically offered as a series of 10 progressive sessions, each building on the last, although clients may opt for single session,  The idea is to systematically align the body in gravity by working with fascia (connective tissue), movement patterns, and awareness.

Each session has its own theme, but practitioners adapt to the individual needs.  The 10-series isn't just "massage" - it is a progression of structural and functional goals and changes.
